The omnibus simulator captures the famous holiday island! With the OMSI 2 Add-on Mallorca the player can experience the popular beach region on the Balearic Islands along the Platja de Palma cities Palma, Can Pastilla, El Molinar S’Arenal. Three city bus lines, one express bus line and 33 special lines lead you through these nearly completely open cities, extensively staffed with more than 1,000 objects and buildings. The motorway MA-19 along the eastern part of the bay is also included.
Thanks to a cooperation with the local transport service EMT Palma, the modelled routes and timetables follow the original schedule data of the Palma region. For passenger transportation, the player has one solo bus and one articulated bus at his disposal. They come with true to original liveries as well as newly recorded announcements and passenger voices. Several animations bring the scenery to life; for example, you can find cruise liners docking in the harbour and airplanes landing at Palma de Mallorca Airport.
Apart from that, the buses can not only be used on Mallorca, but are also compatible with the add-on Project Gladbeck.

This map is okay. The buses work really good and you can change the IBIS language to German if the Spanish is too confusing. The map itself features a couple of lines and shuttle lines. There are lines that give you over an hour of driving so I'm sure you'll enjoy plenty of hours in this map. The only down side is how the doors work on the bus. If you have more than 1 exit door it's usually a system where you toggle the door openers and people can open the door they want to use. but in these buses you have to manually open both exit doors so you'll need to change some settings when you play this map. Performance is so poor, always lagging
And the traffic in highway is awful
I love Gladbeck but this is really not recommend, so regret I pay for this. Once again the Galdbeck team dissapoint us with another failed addon. The map itsself is of really poor quality, the roads look cheap the textures are once again overlapping, splines are overlapping objects are overlapping. Roundabouds are not round. It seems the makers dont like to make thing round they always have to have a corner on them. No spanish AI traffic, German voices when getting on the bus even doh we are in spain.
The streets are empty most of the time, route 1 is 40mins long, but 15mins of that route you are stuck at a red light. i have driven the route 1 and have no desire to drive anymore on this map, if i could get a refund i would!
Wait for London. Overall it's a nice map, nicely created and especially as I live in Palma de Mallorca I know these roads like the back of my hand and have been on all of the lines included in this map.
However there are a few things which I'm not happy with:
- Plau00e7a d'Espanya is the heart of Palma and coming into it from El Corte Inglu00e9s (Gran Magatzems Stop) it looks like it could be promising but once in Plau00e7a d'Espanya wow was I disappoined.. The famous statue in the middle is not there, none of the benches, the shops, the restaurants there is nothing. The same for the Estacion Intermodal it's there but the surroundings leave a little to desire. This really should have not been overlooked.
- It's a shame really for Line 1 to the port as it doesn't actually go to the real port, in real life it's a beautiful drive along the seafront past the Hard Rock Cafe, all the hotels, shops, Nautical Club up to the cruise terminal with all the cruise ships and finally to the Porto Pi shopping center. It end rather abruptly and you don't get to see any of it, before coming to a 'fake' port that's clearly been made and just plopped into the map. I appreciate the detail in many things but this to me seems a bit lazy and is a shame.
- Something that has really annoyed me is promised in the description 'new voices', yes new voices but they are all in German.. /farm-frenzy-2-game-free-download-full-version-for-mobile.html. tell me, in Spain why every single passenger is German? Come on, at least put some effort into it.
- The airport is nice, not exactly true to detail where the Air Europa hangar is as it's missing many buildings around that area but what really annoys me is what on earth is going on with the bus stop in the arrivals part??? Have the developers never been to the airport? It's nothing as it should be, it's quite strange taking into account the rest of the airport is done quite nicely.
Also another thing is, the coach park is always full of local coach companies and to tell the truth it looks quite strange seeing so many EMT Buses there..
- The Signs are way too low over motorways and coaches crash into them.
- The automatic stop announcements aren't authentic, they are all done in a german computer voice and apart from there being mistakes, you can't understand anything when it does the announcement in English or Spanish. I'd rather make my own with the real voice from the EMT Buses.
. The destination board could be improved, instead of 'NOT IN SERVICE' which obviously doesn't exist, it should read 'FORA DE SERVEI' as in real life.
These are the problems I have with it, I really am glad to see finally a detailed map for Palma, for that I'm so glad and thankful but overlooking these details I mentioned before does spoil it in a way and makes it no way worth the exagerated price it's been sold for. Fix or look at these details and of course it will be worth it.
Here's hoping it's not going to be something that's quickly published and forgotten about, I really hope that with what we are paying for this.. the developers have some decency to throw in a few updates and to hear what the customers think. The bus is alright but the map is bland, unstable and a downright insult at u00a327. AI traffic is either not there at all or causing insane traffic jams. The supposed heart of the map, the Placa d'Espayna, is soulless and lacking in literally any detail.
Not worth your money. Map lag as hell but it is detailed in several places and aeroport looks beautiful. Bus is well made. when i load up >>>> OMSI 2 Add-On Mallorca and but the map is not loading up on my pc and i payed for it on steam
